Job Description
As a Graphic Design intern, you’ll be closely involved in developing and executing creative concepts for our clients in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle sectors. You’ll support the team in turning original ideas into strong visual work that matches each client’s needs, across both digital design and print. Alongside solid graphic skills, you have a genuine interest in current fashion and beauty trends and know how to translate them into fresh, creative designs.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the creative team in developing and visualising concepts for campaigns, shoots and events.
- Designing digital assets, such as social content, presentations and moodboards.
- Creating print materials, such as invitations, signage and branded items, and preparing print-ready files.
- Translating client briefs and brand guidelines into original, on-brand designs.
- Spotting the latest trends and market and product developments, and turning them into creative design and product proposals.
- Working closely with producers and creatives throughout the process, from first idea to final delivery
Requirements
- You’re studying at MBO or HBO level in Graphic Design, Branding, Multimedia Design or Visual Arts.
- You have a passion for graphic design.
- Excellent, demonstrable skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of printing techniques and processes is a plus.
- A love for fashion, beauty and lifestyle, with a good eye for what’s happening on social media.
- Proactive, structured and willing to take ownership of the end result.
- Available 5 days a week for a period of 6 months in Amsterdam.
